Dubai’s shopping heartland, the Mall of the Emirates, will undergo a AED500 million (US$136 million) expansion programme, the Gulf News has reported. The project, to be completed by Q1 2010, will see the addition of increased facilities for shopping, dining and parking, according to the Majid Al Futtaim Group, which operates the mall.
